Hiawatha Maintenance Facility

The recently completed Hiawatha Maintenance Facility for the City of Minneapolis aims higher for government construction. It is one of five sites in the state to achieve LEED Platinum. We helped guide the redevelopment of the 9 acre site into a highly efficient, one-stop facility for more than 200 employees within Minneapolis Public Works. Rain gardens, pervious pavers, bio-swales and an underground water infiltration basin keep rainwater on the property.
