Viridium North Loop

Viridium, a 139-unit luxury apartment building in the North Loop neighborhood of Minneapolis, has been awarded LEED Silver Certification from the U.S. Green Building Council. Building amenities at Viridium include a state-of-the-art fitness center, game lounge, wellness center with sauna and spa, an indoor winter-garden with a living wall, club room with chef’s kitchen, and a courtyard with grilling stations, firepits, swings, and outdoor recreation areas to build community.
