La Rive

The outdoor deck at La Rive Condos provides stunning views overlooking downtown Minneapolis and the Mississippi river. Damon Farber worked with the La Rive Condo Association to renovate the deck with new amenities including a fire pit lounge, covered seating, high-end grill area, and new rooftop plantings.
