Loring Green

Damon Farber Associates was engaged by First Service Residential to provide long term planning and design of rooftop and site improvements at the Loring Green East and West Condominiums, located on the Loring Greenway. The project scope includes a thorough assessment of existing rooftop conditions and common green spaces. In collaboration with the Loring Green Condominium Board members, engineering team and contractor, Damon Farber has been preparing schematic design concepts for landscape improvements, including outdoor gathering areas, dining and grilling areas, fireplaces, ponds, plazas and pergolas, court spaces and lawn games.
