The Penfield is a mixed-use 254-unit market rate housing/grocery development that features a green roof, an 18,000 square-foot courtyard with an outdoor pool, sundeck, grilling stations, fire pit, landscaping, public art, streetscapes and public plaza. The Penfield was awarded a LEED Silver Certificate for its sustainable, forward-thinking design, including its large 12,000 square-foot green roof to help mitigate storm water runoff.
