Falls & Pinnacle

Damon Farber worked with Falls and Pinnacle Condominiums to develop and oversee construction for a complete renovation of the exterior amenity deck. The rooftop is on the third floor of the building, overlooking the Mississippi River and Downtown Minneapolis. The project includes new paving systems, new planters, a new shade structure with customizations. The project allows residents to enjoy a safe, sustainable outdoor plaza equipped with grilling stations, relaxing seating, gardens, a firepit, and enhanced shade. The new planting design even attracts pollinators like bees and butterflies.
