Uncommon

Located near the University of Minnesota - Minneapolis campus, the Uncommon provides a 6-story residential community with 114 student housing units. The Central Courtyard includes a hot tub, outdoor bar, grilling station, fire pit, lounge seating and cool pergola shade structure. The streetscape design included the saving of a 30” Bur Oak tree and a 12’ wide native planted boulevard with protective walkway fencing.
