SJU Seton Townhomes

In collaboration with BWBR architects, we developed a campus quad anchored on the existing McKeown student center and flanked by new housing for 144 students. Within this new focal gathering space, we preserved existing heritage trees and strengthened connections back to campus. A new pedestrian bridge redirects foot traffic away from busy roadways, creating a safe and welcoming gateway to the academic heart of campus.
