Track 29

The Track 29 City Apartments project is located in the Uptown neighborhood of Minneapolis, adjacent to the Midtown Greenway Corridor bike trail and future LRT Line. The project has a unique roof top terrace “vitamin D” deck where residents are treated to fabulous views, an outdoor kitchen, grilling area and outdoor shower. The project was carefully constructed to maximize the available outdoor space and to create a wide variety of experiences even with the majority of the site constructed over a parking structure. Children and four footed friends are not forgotten with a train themed play area related to the former Track 29 rail corridor and dog park complete with agility accessories, plumbed water dishes and heated shelter. An interior courtyard is designed as a Zen Garden complete with rock garden, yoga deck, water feature and custom lighting.
