Mozaic

Mozaic is a mixed-use office building adjacent to the bustling Midtown Greenway pedestrian and bike path in Minneapolis. As a trail-oriented project, pedestrian and bicycle amenities are integrated throughout the site as well as an emphasis on strong and pleasing pedestrian and bike connections. Features include multiple outdoor terraces, a vibrant, green roof and rooftop plaza and a two-story outdoor balcony overlooking the expanded art plaza at ground level. The art plaza celebrates a curated, outdoor sculpture collection. An amoeba-like metal and concrete wall with curvilinear benches creates dynamic spaces for patio seating, gardens, and pedestrian paths.
