Maple Grove Central Park

In 2015 Damon Farber completed development of a $15 million urban park intended to provide Maple Grove’s developing downtown civic, retail and residential core with a lush, energized downtown green space that builds upon its extensive pedestrian trail system and chain of lakes. The park is garnering national press as an iconic regional outdoor destination and provides 40 acres of both passive and active recreational amenities including a 2.5 acre event lawn, formal gardens, trail system, custom playground, interactive splash pad and a pavilion/warming house with concessions. Additionally, the park features a 25,000sf ice skating loop, the first of its kind in the state of Minnesota. Central Park of Maple Grove opened in September 2015 to great press and much excitement!
